My ferret is peeing less after adrenal implant. Should I worry?

Hello, my ferret just got a implant for his adreanal problems but now he isn’t peeing as much. He still is but in little amounts. He isn’t trying to go to the bathroom a lot but I’m still worried. He doesn’t seem to be in pain but looks a little more tired. Also in the last pic his pee is the one to the right.

I would recommend checking a urine sample to make sure there is not an infection present. It is possible the adrenal disease has caused him to drink and pee more so now that he is peeing less it seems abnormal. however anytime you have adrenal disease it is important to watch for UTIs. hope that helps
