My 8-week-old puppy has painful bumps. Is it a skin infection?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 23 days old | 5 lbs

I have an 8 week old puppy. I had got at 4 weeks and had bottle feed her for a while then this last week we switched to hard food . Well today I had woke up and noticed these horrible bump on my puppy and it didn't seem to bother her ... Well now it is was worse even with cleaning I can't touch it or she cries ... I don't know what to do it has only got worse to better to way worse ! Please help I am worried and really don't have the extra cash with a baby on the way . Here are the pictures

It looks like Annie has a skin infection. These lesion can be painful, almost like a pimple on us that is red and swollen. I recommend bringing Annie to a veterinarian. All puppies should be looked at and vaccinated around 8 weeks of age, but your vet will be able to prescribe medication that will help clear this up. Until you can get her to a vet I recommend an Elizabethan collar so she cannot lick at the area. The more Annie licks the worse it will get. You can always pick up one of these collars at your local pet store. I hope Annie feels better and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach!
