Dog ear infection worsening despite medication. When to see vet?

Hi, I’ve been using mometamax for my labradoodle ear infection for 6 days now and his ears continue to be extremely red and looks like they are blistering/scarring. What do I do? Pet's info: Dog | Labradoodle | Male | neutered | 3 years and 10 months old | 65 lbs

Hi. It appears the mometomax isn't working well enough in Luca. I would recommended calling your veterinarian to schedule an appointment for a recheck and I would recommend oral medications versus topical in this case. He may need steroids as well. Good luck.
