why does my wolf dog actually attacks his butt...ands sometimes he actually will scream before he attacks it

Something is definitely bothering him back there. This is often a problem with the anal sacs. These can become full, or infected; which is painful and can cause a dog to act like what you are describing. Since he is not neutered, it's also possible that he is having a prostate gland issue. I recommend taking Tonka to the vet for an exam. They can easily check for these issues in the exam room and will be able to provide the appropriate treatment.
