What can I do for my hyper large dog who just won't calm down?

My black lab/pit (we think. Someone said pit/cane corso) is so hyper and we have tried to train her (personally), calming tablets, exercise, and nothing has worked. Advice? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 10 months and 7 days old | 61 lbs

Since she is so young it is difficult to tire them out. If you are able to I would take her on a long walk two to three times a day. I would also take her to a park or go out in the backyard to play with her for some time. One good way to burn energy is swimming.
