My dog's teats are growing. Could she be pregnant? How to tell?

Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | unspayed | 2 years old | 90 lbs

Have homed a 2 yr Rottweiler from ex breeder , had her 2 weeks, , teats appear to be growing, was serverly under weight, have been feeding 1/2 adult, 1/2 puppy Vitalin how long before I will know if she is pregnant, would have no problem if it was a sheep or cow

It certainly sounds like from your description that Jasmine could be pregnant, but without seeing her in person, I can't say for certain. I would take her into a vet, that is the only way to know for sure if she is pregnant or not. Her symptoms could be caused by a false pregnancy, so she needs a blood test looking for the hormone relaxin which a dog produces when pregnant. If the vet suspects she is at least 45 days along, x-rays can be done to see if she carrying puppies and how many she will have. I would take her into a vet in the morning.
