My dog both back legs and scrotum area have very serious swelling. What to do? Can i please send you some pictures?

This is very serious. Rex needs to see a veterinarian right away to determine what is going on and get started on treatment. It looks like Rex has edema in his lower legs, which happens when there is obstruction of fluid flow up the leg or when protein levels in the blood get to be too low. The swelling around his prepuce could be edema, or could be internal organs that have escaped through an abnormal opening his in body wall. Best of luck to you and Rex.

Oh my! This is very serious I'm afraid and your pet Garrett needs medical attention immediately! Please take them to your nearest local veterinarian for blood work and possibly other testing to find out the cause of this generalized inflammation or edema (fluid underneath the skin). This can be caused either buy a serious allergic reaction, infectious disease, or even a problem with his lymphatic system. This can't be treated at home unfortunately. I hope they can figure out what is wrong with Garen and get him the treatment that he needs right away. Best of luck.
