My budgie's feet feel warm on my finger. Is this normal for them?

I feel very warm feets when I take my budgies on my finger. Are they ok?

A birds body temperature is higher than human body temperature, about 41C compared to our 37C. This increase translates to warmer skin temperature as well. The warm feet is normal and no cause for concern as long as there is no lethargy, decreased appetite, loose droppings, etc.
