My Yorkie ate a bottle cap days ago. What signs of obstruction?

Hi we believe our 7lb yorkie might have ate a water bottle cap but we're not completely sure. This happened on Sunday and today is now Tuesday. He is popping normally, eating normally, playful as usual. With this much time passing, should we be in the clear from a bowl obstruction or something else, or is there still signs we need to be looking for?

It could still become an issue in the future since Ollie is so small. Signs to watch out for are vomiting, poor appetite, and lethargy. If he experiences any of those issues, or just seems off, a vet visit for x-rays and possible blood work is in order. Good luck!
