Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Cassie! Causes of jaundice are: 1) destruction of red blood cells. Cassie would also be anemic. Anemia can cause collapse. Causes of this are: immune conditions, cancer, infectious (tick borne), vaccine or drug induced 2) Liver problems from cancer, infection, inflammation or toxins or 3) Gall bladder obstruction/infection or cancer or severe pancreatitis. If Cassie is visible yellow and has collapsed she is very sick and should be in a hospital setting having tests run and treatments started. I hope this helps and I wish Cassie the best!
