My chihuahua mix has a breathing problem. Is it tracheal collapse?

My dog is making a weird noise and I think it may be a breathing problem. The previous vet said it was reverse sneezing but I think it may be trachel collapse. She is a chihuahua mix and about 4 or 5 and a little overweight

It can be tricky to diagnose because tracheal collapse can be present part time and the rest of the time it will not be seen. it is recommended to do a series of XRAYs in order to try and diagnose tracheal collapse.
