My dog was bitten by a street dog, now sick and won't eat. What to do?

My pug has been bitten by a street dog in his neck. My dog has also been carried away by that street dog with his mouth like a lion carries a deer.my dog refuses to eat or drink milk but drinks water. Now,my dog gives a pungent smell and there's yellowish colour on its neck.it cannot walk properly. Its also shivering. It happened two days ago.please give me any suggestions and medications so that i can save my dog. I love him a lot.excuse me if my English is not good. Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male

Dollar is suffering from a severe infection due to the attack and is also most probably very very painful. you must take him to the vet urgently he will need a course of antibiotics and pain killers.
