Ring worm doesn’t have a special appearance. Any type of hair loss on a kitten is highly suspicious of ringworm. Your veterinarian will likely want to do a fungal culture and possibly some skin scrapes for mites. In the meantime please practice good hygiene after handling her as ring worm is contagious to people as well. Best of luck and I hope she improves quickly.
