My dog barks at dogs and kids. How can I socialize her better?

My dog barks at any dog she sees and this is very annoying and make the people afraid what should i do to let her love other dogs. Note: she didnt meet many dogs maybe 2 only because my friend’s dogs are so far so she cant meet them. The second problem is that she loves to play with children so much so see barks very hard to play with them when iam walking her and this also make the children afraid what should i do? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 10 months and 22 days old | 59 lbs

Soska likely needs to help of a dog trainer. These types of behaviors are not uncommon but unless you have a lot of knowledge about what cue to give in which situations, then a trainer is the best way to go. You need someone who will actually come out with you one on one to see these behaviors and then train you so that you can train Soska.
