Cat hair loss & vomiting after new food: Is it food allergy or fleas?

My cat food change since last week, and now she have hair loss around neck,is it caused by the food?she vomit once after we change the new food. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 4 years and 10 months old | 15 lbs

It could be due to food allergy but it is more likely to be due to fleas. treat her for fleas first with a high quality spot on such as Advantage and see if it solves the problem. if not try to switch her back to her previous food.
