What can I use over the counter to treat a 4 weeks old kitten with scabies?

I don't believe there are any over the counter medications that are safe to administer to a 4 week old kitten. Additionally, I'm not sure there are any that will kill scabies. Typically I use Advantage Multi or Revolution to kill scabies. You can get these from your veterinarian. Best of luck with your baby!

There are not any over the counter medications that are labeled for kittens this young. I recommend to have Jasper examined and treated by the veterinarian. If he already has scabies (which can spread to humans), he may also have other parasites (like fleas and intestinal worms) which can also spread to humans. Here is a link about scabies: https://www.petcoach.co/article/feline-scabies-notoedric-mange-in-cats/ I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.
