My cat has kidney disease and won't eat or move. Should I worry?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 16 years and 10 months old

My cat has been diognosed with kidney failure and has been fine for about 6 months today she refuses to move from a spot above her toliet. Is refusing to eat and fell off once but immediately went back to her position. Is this something i should worry about with her condition?

I would be concerned that Emily's kidneys are getting worse. I would recommend taking her back to your veterinarian to check her values and determine if more treatment is warranted. They can get nauseous with kidney disease, which would make her not want to eat and get very weak.
