Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This could potentially be due to something like a corneal ulcer, conjunctivitis or some form of trauma to the eye. I highly recommend that you have Rocky evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to take a close look at the eye and recommend any treatments based on how it looks. In the meantime, try to avoid Rocky being able to scratch at the eye to avoid any further injury. Good luck and have a good night!

Poor Gable! Without being able to examine her eye in person or see a photo, it’s hat to say what might be wrong. She may have an eye infection or an injury to the eye such as a scratch or corneal ulcer, or her dry eye may be getting worse and require additional treatment. If there’s enough drainage that she couldn’t open her eye until you cleaned it, this is definitely not normal and warrants a vet visit as soon as possible.

It's not possible to tell what this is without seeing it, but it could be due to conjunctivitis, an injury, swollen gland, or something stuck under the eyelid. Conjunctivitis can be caused by a few different infections, or dust and debris in the eye. For this reason, I recommend taking Milo to the vet sometime in the next day or two. They will be able to better inspect the eye and provide the most appropriate treatment. For now, you can flush the eye 3-4 times a day with saline (can get this at the supermarket or pharmacy in the eye care section) to help clean and soothe it. Below is a link to a good video that demonstrates how to do this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_lXVNMcPzhs I hope that helps and Milo gets better soon.
