Why does my kitten have growing marks on its face? Is it ringworm?

My kitten has these marks on his face. They seem to b getting bigger with time. We have many more cats and they don’t have this. Pet's info: Cat | Bombay | Male | unneutered | 5 lbs

My first guess from looking at the photos is that Sketch may have ringworm. Ringworm is a fungal infection and is contagious to people and other animals. Sketch should see a veterinarian for a proper diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible.
