Why is my hamster lethargic, big, and has a black genital scab?

Hello, my hamster has a black scab next to genital area. I don't know how it happened because I clean her cage once a week. Plus in the last week and half she has gotten very big. She eats, drinks water still. When she is in her cage she don't really like to move around but when I put her in a big box with jus a towel under her she runs around and become very active. Plus when she is in the cage she sleeps a lot. I hear Johnson Tea Tree Skin Cream is what she needs is that true? Thank you kindly. Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Female | unspayed

I am not sure what the scab could be on Bonnie due to the information you provided. I would recommend taking her to a vet to have it examined closer. Hopefully it’s just secondary to trauma but it is important to make sure not infection is present. Hope that helps.
