My puppy has a sore, weeping lump on her leg. Is it a hot spot?

My cockapoo puppy (5months old) has a lump on the back of her leg (near elbow). It looks sore & has been weeping. She doesn't seem to be in any pain either. Do you know what this could be? I have attached pictures of the lump before it was cleaned, and after it was cleaned with salt water.

Hi there and thank you for using pet coach to address your concern. From the picture you have provided it appears as if Costa has developed a hot spot. I would recommend cleaning this with a Betadine and saline solution (both mixed together to a light brown solution). I would recommend using malacetic conditioning spray and apply to the area until resolved. If the area does not heal or worsens, I would recommend having a veterinarian take a look at this for further testing and treatment recommendations. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. I am also available via consultation if needed.
