Why is my female dog aggressive after puberty? What's the fix?

My female labrador retriever dog of 11 months got into puberty. And from then her behavior has got different she is suddenly attacking or trying to bite! What is the remedy for this problem

Getting her spayed would be the best option. She is still young enough it may help her behavior and it will help with other health problems in the future also. If this does not help then you can try a trainer. If it is anxiety induced then they have medicine to help with that
