My cat traveled and is now vomiting and not eating. What should I do?

My aunts cat travelled from the USA to the Caribbean. Since then she started vomiting n not eating as normal. Could it be that she misses her cat mama? She's also in heat/season. Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 7 lbs

It's not because she misses he mom and it is probably not because she is in heat either, it's more likely to be a medical issue, most likely a gastrointestinal disease. you need to take her to the vet ASAP in order to get it treated.
