Why is my dog tired, sleeping a lot, and making stomach noises?

Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 4 days old | 2.25 lbs

My dog suddenly feel tired that causes him to sleep or just to lay in bed and his stomach is creating a sound .. I'm really nervous about his healry , please help KD

These signs are very vague and common to many illnesses, injuries and infections. I recommend a vet check as soon as possible, in the meantime try to maintain hydration with fresh water, pedialyte, boiled chicken and fresh broth

    If this is something that has been going on for a while, it's likely to be a medical condition that will need veterinary attention, it could be an intestinal disease, a food allergy or a foreign body for example.
