My dog ate a dead fish with salt and vomited. Should I worry?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 8 years and 8 months old | 14 lbs

hi my dog just ate a dead fish. i put salt in it and let them on the dining table and somehow she ate it. the size is about a kid hand. she vomited and now she is sleeping. her act is normal as usual, i don't live in US so it late night and near my community don't open now. so should i give her some honey water to put her stomach upset to go away??? i hope she will be ok but still i am worry about my dog

I would not be overly concerned if she vomited most of it up quickly, indeed the salt is more likely to be a concern than the fish. Ensure she has fresh water available but do not allow her to over drink. Mild stomach upsets should settle within 24hoyrs but if persisting or she shows any signs of weakness she should be assessed by your vet

    Poor Dually! I am really concerned about him. It sounds like he is very sick and needs to be seen by a veterinarian immediately. Too much salt, mercury or even bacteria that some fish have in them could certainly cause these symptoms and can be very serious. I hope he starts to feel better!
