I'm not sure if these are bite wounds or a severe skin infection but either way you need to take him to the vet urgently in order to get it treated, it will need to be cleaned (after the area is clipped), then depending on the damage it may need to be debrided and sutured under anesthesia, it will require a long course of antibiotics after that.

    This looks like a very severe infection, i can't tell you what is causing this but at this point you must take Princess to the vet URGENTLY in order to get it treated as this does not look good at all, leaving it as it is will put her life in danger, she will need a course of antibiotics and the vet will have to clean the wound properly in order to make sure there is no foreign body inside.
