My dog has a cancerous nasal tumor. How to help mucus congestion?

Unfortunately my dog was diagnosed with a cancerous nasal tumor while we are waiting for follow up appt. The vet put her on 2 medicines but I was wondering what else can help her with the mucus congestion. Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Keeshond | Female | spayed
