Why is my cockatiel so vocal after being around other birds?

I purchased a new cockateil 3 weeks before. I had to go to my village for one week. So I left him in my neighbour house. They have 3 birds. Today I came back from my village. Achu seems to be shouting frequently. Is it because he heard the other birds sound while in my neighbour house or is this because he is growing up? Even in my neighbour house, he was in a separate cage where he could hear other birds sound. Hope this is not a symptom of loneliness. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male

Yes achu could of been communicating to the other birds around even if he was in his own cage and room. Birds can be very vocal. I would not be. Invented at this time and allow him time to adapt to his new living space. Hope that helps
