I am sorry Wally is not feeling well I would recommend taking him to a veterinarian as soon as possible. It is very concerning that Wally is having labored breathing. Infection, viruses, gastric upset parasites and more can cause these signs and he really needs some testing to determine why and proper management. I hope he feels better soon!
