My cat has poop stuck by a hair, did I hurt her trying to pull it?

My cat has a piece of poo hanging from her behind by a human hair. I know not to pull on things hanging from them because you don't know if it's wrapped/caught up with something internal. I know that and I still tried to wipe it from her with a light/barely there pull and I could feel that it didn't wanna come out easily/got resistance from it. So I left her alone to let her pass it. She did so a few minutes ago. But my question is by getting the resistance from it earlier could I have hurt her?

If you did not pull hard you could not have injured her, even if the resistance you felt was deep in the intestines. obviously it's great that it came out but you need to keep an eye on it in the next few days to make sure everything came out indeed.
