I'm not sure exactly what kind of kitten she is. Or how old. We found her all alone her eyes barely open we only have dish soap but I need her fleas gone. Also does a fat belly mean worms? Pet's info: Cat | American Wirehair | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 14 days old | 6 lbs

She is probably a mixed breed cat. a fat belly usually means worms, you will need to buy a cat dewormer from the pet shop to treat this. she looks very young , probably under 8 weeks, meaning you can only use frontline spray for fleas due to her age, you can buy this product from a vet clinic only.
