Hello, sorry to hear about Jewel. If she truly is intact, she could be preagnant. You could confirm this by having either an ultrasound or an X-ray of her abdomen to check for fetuses. Otherwise, this could be associated with a metabolic disease which is less likely in such a young cat. Hope this helps and best of luck!
