Should I worry about lumps under my dog's jaw and on her foot?

My dog has a lump which is kind of like a grape size under her jaw, is it life threating. Also she has a lump on her foot. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | 2 years and 7 months old | 6 lbs
