Dog attacked, limping, and eye injury. How to help until vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 61 lbs

My dog, Pitbull x Boerboel just got attacked by another Pitbull that jumped into our yard, we managed to let them loose, but my dog is now limping and is hurt above the eye, there's no vet's around here it's 12am how can i treat it in the mean time??? Please help

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Sorry to hear that. Usually dog bites are concerning because of the possible infections that can occur from this as well as the fact that usually you have to let the wounds declare themselves as they will likely worsen from what they look like initially. There is not much you can do at home unfortunately other than trying to keep him quiet as much as possible to avoid further injury. His limping may be due to soft tissue trauma. Have him evaluated early tomorrow if unable to do it tonight. Good luck! I am wishing him the best!
