My cat only took half dewormer. Is it effective and will she be okay?

I was giving my cat deworming pill mixed with little water via syringe but she only drank half medicine of what I gave her. She got very aggressive. My question is... Will the little bit that she has already drank still work? Will she be ok? Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | spayed | 4 years and 7 months old
