My dog has a rash and hair loss. Is it an allergy or bug bite?

My dog has a rash on chest,started as a what looked like small bite ,now hairloss in that spot and a small area appeared on inner elbow.what can it be. I think it started after bathing with akc oatmeal shampoo. Hair is starting to grow back but she licks it constantly and I'm worried. Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 5 months old | 30 lbs

This coulid have been a bug bite that is still irritating her. She could also be having an allergic reaction to something her skin came in contact with. If she is licking constantly I would recommend taking her in to your vet for allergy medication to stop the itch. If she continues the lick it, the area will become more raw, irritated and possible infected. Best to take her in to have this treated since there are no effective allergy medications available over the counter for itching to this degree. I hope that Skye's skin improves soon.
