My cat is sick with a URI and on antibiotics. Can she get her vaccine?

Hi. I have a mama cat and 4 babies, over 6 yeats now. They were exposed to calici as kittens when fixed at the humane society. Only one has shown issues in life. She gets upper respiratory infections. My moms cat also has it and he is staying here on Thanksgiving in a secluded part of the house. Mine are getting boosters next Friday. However, my girl is getting sick. If she is on Orbax starting today, and getting boostered by the mobile vet next Friday, the last day of antibiotics, is this ok?

Yes this should be fine as long as she is feeling better. Also, you may consider putting her on a daily immune boosting vitamin like viralys or vetriscience lysine treats. It doesn’t treat the virus but it may help to boost her immune system. I hope this helps!
