Stray kitten with injured eye and bloody diarrhea: What should I do?

Question

Found a 3 week old stray kitten its eye looks badly injured i brought it home bathed it and fed it the next day she got diarrhea and had 2 spots of blood come out should I be worried about the blood also what should I do for now about the eye I plan on taking her to the vet as soon as possible. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Longhair | Male | unneutered

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! He is adorable! The eye could have suffered some damage perhaps caused by trauma requiring medical or even surgical help. The diarrhea could be perhaps due to parasites. I highly recommend that you have your kitty evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment which may include eye drops and anti-diarrhea medications.
