Why does my puppy's stomach feel like it's popping when I touch it?

I feel something popping in Lucy's stomach when I put my hand on her belly. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 4 days old | 4.4 lbs

This may be actually something abnormal in Lucy's abdomen though keep in mind that this may also represent a normal abdominal organ that you have not palpated before like the spleen which is sometimes easily palpable in a puppy. I recommend that you have Lucy evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment. Hopefully it is nothing. Good luck and have a good night!
