My puppy has spreading bumps, Benadryl not helping. What to do?

Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 29 days old | 60 lbs

I have a 5-6 Month old PittBull who has lumps, bumps (like a pimple almost), it started on this backside and now has traveled through this entire body. I have given him benidryl one 25mg today at 2pm and the bumps seem to have not went down. What should I do??!?? Plz help me this is one of my children

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It’s hard to tell from the pictures but it looks like Baby might have a skin infection. The Benadryl should help if she’s itchy but she needs to see a vet to determine if it’s an infection and get her some oral antibiotics if needed. Good luck and kisses to Baby!
