My puppy has spreading bumps, Benadryl not helping. What to do?

Question

I have a 5-6 Month old PittBull who has lumps, bumps (like a pimple almost), it started on this backside and now has traveled through this entire body. I have given him benidryl one 25mg today at 2pm and the bumps seem to have not went down. What should I do??!?? Plz help me this is one of my children. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 29 days old | 60 lbs

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It’s hard to tell from the pictures but it looks like Baby might have a skin infection. The Benadryl should help if she’s itchy but she needs to see a vet to determine if it’s an infection and get her some oral antibiotics if needed. Good luck and kisses to Baby!
