This is very concerning and may not related to progressing kidney, thyroid disease or diabetes. An urgent vet check and urine and blood tests is recommended. Do not delay investigation as early treatment is required

I would recommend that Harrison get checked out by a vet. He is a senior citizen, and lots of things could start to function incorrectly to be causing his symptoms. From your description, I am most concerned about severe dehydration. This can be caused by many things, including diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease, cancer, hyperthyroidism, among several others. After physical examination, the vet will likely recommend labwork so that they can check out all of the major body systems and create a treatment plan to help him get better.
