My cat is constipated, bloated, and hasn't pooped for 3 days. What's wrong?

My cat is having constipation.He has intestinal bloating. he didnot do toilet(stool) for 3days. what should i do? i gave him lactulose 3ml but didnt get any result. Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Male | unneutered | 7.2 lbs

Hello, sorry to hear about Jones. He may be dehydrated and needs fluids or he may need an enema. Have your veterinarian examine him and decide wether or not Jones needs an enema. Cats can occasionally experience problems with defecation when they are dehydrated but occasionally, they can also have a disease known as megacolon. Hope this helps and best of luck.
