Is it safe to buy a 4-month Yorkie puppy with no vaccinations?

Hello I am interested in buying a yorkie from someone but as I understated the yorkie is 4 1/2 months with no shits and no deworming. Is it worth buying this yorkie ? Are there health risks for this dog not having proper treatment on time ?

As long as the puppy has started its vaccination series, deworming can be done at any time. If deworming is not done right away, this does not cause any increases risk in contracting a fatal parasite. Once an adequate diet has begun, normal bowel movements should occur. Just be sure there are no other health concerns before getting this puppy and the health history of the mom and dad. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction.
