We won't know if it is serious or not until your vet does some diagnostics. Common causes of vomiting and lethargy in a puppy include dietary intolerance or indiscretion, food allergy, intestinal parasites, GI blockage, gastroenteritis, bacterial or viral infection (including parvo virus), IBD, pancreatitis, among others. Routine diagnostics for a vomiting puppy include a parvo test, fecal parasite screening, bloodwork to check for anemia, and possibly x-rays to look for an obstruction in the intestines. If Rosy has a good appetite now and normal stools, and is just tired, then she may need some more time to recover from her recent illness. If she does not have a good appetite, has diarrhea, or is not producing stools, then she needs to be re-evaluated by the vet.
