My dog ate a Milky Way bar and is feeling unwell. What to do?

Hi , my dog has somehow got a milky way bar it wasn't that big it was only tiny but he doesn't look too well. He's out at the toilet now eating grass . Is there anything I can give him to help? It was about 10 mins ago . PleAse get back to me asap. Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Male | 4 years and 4 months old

This will probably cause him nausea and vomiting, i wouldn't be worried about toxicity though because of the small chocolate amount ingested. you can't give him anything to help i'm afraid , just withhold food for 8-12 hours.
