How to help malnourished puppies gain weight, age, and treat fleas?

Found 2 GS pups on side of road very malnourished and covered in fleas how can I get their weight up and tell their approximate age so I can get flea treatment. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered

Good nutrition and being free of intestinal parasites is the best you can do for their weight. Feed a good commercial puppy diet, and lots of it! You can bathe them to remove any fleas currently on the body before starting a flea preventative.
