Hello,my dog(8 y.o. Golden-Retriever) has an inflammation next to one of her claws. She limps a bit during walks. She has been having it for 2 weeks now, it started to get better but she is limping more again. It looks the same but she limps more It is reddish and there are small black dots on it. If it is warm and damp and I apply pressure on it, yellowish whiteish liquid comes out of the dots.I have appointment for the vet on monday. What can I do meanwhile? What shall I apply on it?Antibiotics?

Any topical antibiotics that you apply will likely just get licked off. I would just wait until you can have her evaluated by a veterinarian. Until the appointment, make sure she isn't licking it, as this can cause damage or ulceration to the skin and spread bacteria. Since she limps when she walks, this means she is painful, so trying to keep her as still as possible will help with pain. I would skip walks or play time until Monday
