What is the best thing to give a dog for bad breath. My yorkie puppy is getting almost all of her adult teeth in and we want to keep them clean and healthy. I have been using a small toothbrush with out any paste or anything so she can get use to it, but her breath smells really bad lol. We think it's time for toothpaste or chew treats. What would be the healthiest and safest for us to use?

That is great that you are getting Irie used to brushing her teeth! I would recommend an enzymatic dog toothpaste daily. This is safe and the best way to try to minimize tartar build up and help with bad breath. Every day brushing is best but a few times a week is good!
