Old dog drinking lots, peeing often, and crying in pain. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 68 lbs

My dog is a Australian cattle dog is turning 14 next month . She is on incontinence medicine, and arthritis medicine . She was prone to UTIS & peaking so they gave her the incontinence medicine . Last night she was licking down below and whining/like a yipe/ cry like in pain . All she’s been doing is drinking more and more water & going outside WAY more then usual . I know Australian cattle dogs kidneys usually go well problems ? What should I do ? She is 14 pretty much . Please help !

I would have your veterinarian evaluate Daphane's urine in case she has another urinary tract infection (UTI). That can cause an increase in water intake, urgency to urinate and burning while urinating or leaking urine. It would also be a good idea to check some bloodwork. Hopefully all that's going on is a UTI and some antibiotics will have her back to normal shortly. Good luck!
