Can an untreated dog UTI cause my dog to limp or have leg pain?

Can urinary infection cause lameness if undiagnosed and untreated? (Canine). Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 4 years and 7 months old | 85 lbs

If the urinary infection became sepsis (whole body wide infection) and infected the joint or bones. However this would be very rare, but I suppose possible. Especially if the patient had a compromised immune system to begin with. I have never seen a case where I suspected this scenario in over 20 years in the veterinary field.
